"I have now worked with Catalyst on 7 healthcare projects with number 8 underway. These projects have involved Catalyst doing a full FF&E & fit out of care homes for different service user groups including mental ill-health, older people and for people with learning disabilities. We like the fact that this can include all the required furniture but can be extended to include pots and pans and even all the required cleaning equipment.
The service has been bespoke to each project and the design service has been really helpful in ensuring the environments look fantastic as well as being practical. This has included the procurement of one off pieces of furniture and artwork including some antique pieces. The team at Catalyst have extensive healthcare and project management experience which really helps and ensures even complex projects run smoothly.
Once you have selected your furniture, colour schemes and fabrics this is developed into a ‘brochure’ which not only helps as a marketing tool but it ensures that every room has all its finishes included including pictures of furniture etc and this has been invaluable to the construction team. When it comes to the actual fit out and placement of the furniture this is project managed by Catalyst in liaison with the client and also the construction team. The process is efficient and the fact they do liaise with the construction team on site has ensured there have been no delays.
In conclusion I would recommend Catalyst and we have used them repeatedly due to their project management skills and their aftercare service."
